Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, Return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and there should be a valid reason to return an item. We have the right to refuse acceptance to an item return depending on the reason.

Please note that refunds can only be made back to the card used to make the payment. Please check your statement after 7 to 10 working days to find your refund. A 3% + 150/- Processing charge will be deducted from online payment refunds, if the product was not at our fault.
