1. A daily intake of 200mg DHA is required in addition to the recommended daily intake of 250mg DHA / EPA for adults.
2. The beneficial effect is obtained with a supplement folic acid daily intake of 400µg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception. This product is designed for women of child-bearing age.
